Every set sold here is made to order and painted by hand by one artist. Your order is painted after you place it.

Because each set is painted by hand, slight variation between sets is normal and isn't a defect. No two sets come out exactly alike.

Sets are made to order and ship in 5–10 business days. Custom orders start with an Instagram DM, where the design, price, and timing are agreed before the order is placed. If you're working toward a date, say so up front.

Online checkout is coming soon. Until then, custom orders are quoted individually — you'll agree on the design and the price before anything is made, and nothing is charged without your say-so.

Press-on nails are a hygiene product, and every set is made to your order and your sizing — so standard returns aren't offered.

If a set arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, you'll get a replacement. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of what arrived, and a new set will be made.

Inspiration photos you send with a custom request are only used to make your set. They aren't published, used in marketing, or shared.

Apply and remove your set as directed on the care page. To the extent the law allows, the shop's responsibility is limited to the price you paid for your order — it can't cover indirect losses, and it isn't liable for reactions to adhesives or misuse of the product. Nothing here limits rights the law says can't be limited.
