Lay the tape
Lay a strip of tape or paper across the widest part of your natural nail, flush against the skin on either side.
Mark & measure
Mark where the nail's edges meet the tape, then measure the distance between the marks in millimeters.
All ten fingers
Repeat for all ten fingers — both hands. Sizes differ more than you'd expect, even between matching fingers.
Match the chart
Match your middle-finger width to the chart below. If your fingers span two sizes, note each measurement.
