Wear
How to apply, wear, and remove your set.
A little prep goes a long way. Follow these steps to apply, remove, and store your set so you can wear it again.
How to apply
Set aside about fifteen minutes and don't rush the prep — it makes the biggest difference.
Prep the nail
Push back your cuticles with a cuticle stick, then buff the shine off each natural nail. Adhesive holds onto texture, not gloss.
Cleanse and dry
Wipe every nail with an alcohol pad and let them dry fully. Skip lotion, oil, or cream beforehand so the glue can grip.
Choose your hold
Brush-on glue for the longest hold. Adhesive tabs for shorter wear — gentler on the set, and they keep it fully reusable.
Press and hold
Line the nail up at your cuticle, lower it onto the tip, and press for a full thirty seconds. That press is what seals the set.
Seal the edges
Pinch down the sides and free edge of every nail, then keep your hands out of water for the first hour so the glue has time to set.
How to remove
Ten minutes and a little patience — no acetone, no drilling. This is where your natural nails and the set both stay safe.
Soak
Soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for ten to fifteen minutes. A drop of oil in the bowl speeds the release.
Lift from the sides
Once the adhesive gives, ease each nail up gently from the sides and let it come away on its own.
Never pull or rip
If a nail resists, soak longer — never force it from the tip. Prying can damage your natural nail, so let the water do the work.
Buff and box
Buff any residue from your nails and the underside of the set, then store it in its box. Cared for this way, a set is ready for its next wear.
Between wears
Gloves for dishes
Hot, soapy water loosens glue faster than anything else. Wear gloves for dishes and cleaning to protect the seal and the paint.
Keep prep oil-free
Moisturize after application, never before. Any oil left on the nail undermines the glue from underneath.
Cuticle oil, carefully
A touch of oil around the nail keeps the edges looking finished — but oil weakens glue, so keep it off the seam itself.
Jewels, not tools
Open, peel, and pry with the pads of your fingers, not your tips. Using your nails as tools lifts the edges.
Travel with the box
Store the set in its box between wears — flat, dry, and out of the sun — so it's ready for next time.
Fresh tabs each wear
Wearing with tabs? Replace them every application — old tabs don't hold as well.
